Oh no, you've found yourself in a classic predicament! Your keys are in your car and the hatch won't budge. Don't panic just yet, there are various things you can try before calling a rescue service.
First, double-check that you haven't unintentionally your keys somewhere else. Sometimes they fall out in the most surprising places. If you're sure they're inside the car, consider if a pane is partially open.
You might be able to carefully maneuver your way through the car that way. If not, it's best to call a locksmith or roadside assistance company. They have the tools and expertise to get into your car safely and efficiently.
In the meantime, stay composed. Keep yourself secure and wait for help to arrive.
